Real Scratch Battle exists because scratch DJs deserve more than side stages and quick moments.
This is a platform built around skill, discipline, and respect for the craft of turntablism.

Season 3 connects DJs from Uganda and the UK through a curated, structured battle format that puts technique, creativity, and originality at the centre. No shortcuts. No gimmicks. Just the work.

There is serious talent out there that doesn’t always get the visibility it deserves. This project is about building a space where that talent can be seen, judged fairly, and pushed forward, across borders!

Please note: This registration form must be completed in one sitting and cannot be saved or exited once started.

As part of the process, you will be required to upload a short video that meets the following requirements:

• Your face and DJ setup (turntables/controller) must be clearly visible
• The video must be one continuous take (no heavy editing or cuts)
• Good audio and video quality is required
• The video must be recorded specifically by you for this submission
• Maximum file size: 1GB

• The video must be upto 3 minutes long

Please ensure you are prepared, have a stable internet connection, and are ready to complete the full form before proceeding.

A £50 administration fee (paid securely via Stripe) to support coordination and logistics
